"Nope, magic pen is way to valuable to swap to attack speed. Elise already has a very strong attack speed buff and her clear speed is pretty decent after some levels anyway. I don't run Hpen quints because I feel like that sacrifices too much Mpen. "

"I'd personally move Kog'Maw (and probably Corki, Ezreal as well) down to 3 and move Sivir, Draven, Vayne and Graves up. I feel like especially Kog'Maw still is being hurt too much by a weak early and having no mobility late game. "
