I've seen some high elo / pro ezreal players lately and most of them go BT -> Trinity or Cutlass -> Trinity -> Ruined King. I'm not saying it's better than your current setup, but you might want to consider it.

"Agreed with Joxuu on pretty much everything. Masteries are spec'd sub-optimally, 1 lifesteal quint is pretty much a waste and you need flat mr since pretty much every support deals a lot of magic damage right now.
