"Same problem, really. Get MR glyphs and some different kind of marks (magic/hybrid pen preferably). Also, you should still level your spells a lot differently and rework the item build. "

Anivia should max E first, as support you probably wanna max W second.
Regarding runes, you want hybrid pen, armor, magic resist and quints of choice. Masteries should be 0/9/21 indeed but should be specced differently.

"I disagree with a lot here. First of all, I feel like W is too good to skip till level 13. Q+W is enough to quickly clear mage minions and it also allows you some safety to not fuck up your poison+E combo's. Also, I have some serious doubts on the effectiveness of lich bane and taking athene's"
