"I really like the concept (full utility cassiopeia) but I doubt if it really works.
Movespeed quints, scaling instead of flat mr glyphs and 9/0/21 take down your early game potential really hard.
With this setup I might prefer to go with barrier or cleanse because you completely "

"It is hard to stop a vi and talon if they combo their spells nicely. A mikael's crucuible doesn't help against their kind of crowd control (it does against the cassiopeia ultimate though!). In terms of specific items, I wouldn't say there would be anything you could've done more. Bes"
