"The changes you made haven't really improved anything at all imo. Zephyr is quite bad on shen IMO and you have double tenacity. Wouldn't recommend a GA on shen as well just because he doesn't need the revive (the base stats on a GA aren't that good)"

"From my personal experience, attack speed is only marginal and usually won't make a difference. Movespeed quints, E and W attack speed is usually enough to get the knockup in place and it usually would not make a difference. In that case I would prefer flat AD."

You should revise your seals and glyphs, I would opt for defensive (flat armor/mr) over your current choices all day.
Also, seraph's embrace is op on anivia and should usually be picked above athene's unholy grail.

"A runaans would be really good in theory, but in a real fight you will usually not in a position to hit the 2 extra bolts on a champion as well, and so if you can't get the 2 bolts on your enemies all the time, it is sub-par to the 30% crit and movespeed.
