Often exceptional items are the most commonly seen (especially for the ADC and support roles). Personally I would rename it to spot-on. "

Posted a Comment: May 11th, 2013 "Recommending QSS/Scimitar as MAIN DEFENSIVE ITEM is stupid as hell. Just pick up cleanse and take a useful item instead. Banshee's > Scimitar in about 90% of your games, left alone that Randuins, Mallet and Warmogs are great defensive items as well. "
