"As far as i know it doesn't. But it procs with his Q,W and R. Sheen and Lichbane work really well on Teemo imo.
@utopus: It's a fact that Teemo is squishy and a Frozen Mallet for more durability instead of for example Nashor's isn't worth it imo...

"I tried Frozen Mallet. Imo BOTRK gives you more for it's price. AD/AS/Lifesteal and a great Active/Passive gives you everything you need. Even sustain with the Lifesteal. Frozen Mallet is really good for kiting enemies and it gives you life, but yes, that's it. "

Start
1x Crystalline Flask, 1x Health Potion, 1x Ward
Then (Purchase Order)
Sheen, Mercury's Treads, Bilgewater...
