Blinding Dart doesn't even apply Lich Bane. It DOES reset your autoattack timer though, which gives the illusion that Blinding Dart can be kind of a nuke :P

This is the best Teeto build you can find.

Joxuu, i'm still not sure about Lich Bane. It's way better to take Runaan's Hurricane to get more tf presence. If you want to troll a little you can take a Guinsoo's Rageblade, to try your way to immortality XD

As far as i know Lichbane doesn't proc with his E. But it procs with his Q,W and R. Sheen/Lichbane works really well on Teemo imo.
@utopus: It's a fact that Teemo is squishy and a Frozen Mallet for more durability instead of for example Nashor's isn't worth it imo if you want to deal "Tons of damage"...

With an AS/AP Teemo you can reach nearly 400 AP, it means at least 90 magic damage from E + the damage from Runaan's Hurricane to 2 secondary targets besides the main target. If you want you can have some math here, but if you check the cooldown of abilities (to use Lich Bane, the overall damage and the mana use (don't forget mana, if you spam without something like an Athene's Unholy Grail you'll be oom very soon, you're not Ryze) i still think that Runaan's Hurricane it's better than Lich Bane.
