Posted a Comment: "mh Im not the biggest fan of scaling health,they reach the same amount of hp flats at lvl 6 and only at lvl 7 they will be better. In a lot matchups you will want this health and the trades pre 6 especially in poke-heavy or bursty lanes with over-all high dmge. i guess you can use this in some mat"

Posted a Comment: "about your runes Magic pen doesnt make too much sense on Janna,your only skills that would really profit of it would be Q and W,which youre not using to poke,they dont have a high base dmge so using pen is pretty much useless on Janna. You basically use this for the reason of engaging or disenga"
