"wow, I didn't expect him to be the lowest, even though I think he's not a good champion atm.
He can still be a pretty good lane bully versus a lot of APs once you pick up some mana regen, but he certainly has his issues. For one, he's not mobile and doesn't roam well (though I imagine Teleport]"
