Well, he seems to put 0 effort into his grammar.
He is just acting like one of those wannabe teenagers who can't seem to type.
English isn't my first language either, but his english isn't really readable.

he's still in the process of learning English, some people aren't patient enough to master english before using it online.
And no, that is not such a crime. The real crime is that we've made English, one of the stupidest and most painful languages to learn, the common language on the internet.
