"Lol AP masteries on Cait. Also, you can't take the Magic Pen without the CDR masteries before it. Just saying. As was said before, armor shuts you down hard. I suggest armor pen quints and/or armor pen/shred in your build in the form of Black Cleaver and Last Whisper. "
