"Flat MR is an option, I had that in the main build but then GMD was all "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" so I was all "FINEEEEEEEEEEE"
and the pros and cons are unbalanced coz karthus has so many pros! :P

"RoA is good on Karthus coz of the mana and the health helps a lot with him to get in position to die >:D
Also havoc is better. Especially on Karth you last hit with spells, so you would waste the AD and havoc completely. EVen tho it isn't a lot, late game you still get ~10 more damage, give "
