COST EFFICIENCY WISE, AD is better. The "choice" depends on if you are buying an item or what.
Clearly I am not taking AD runes, I take flat AP.
But in this case, when you are spending 3 mastery points and your ONLY choice is 3 AP or 3 AD, 3 AD is more useful because 3 AP isn"
