You can't replace your processor in a laptop though (well you could but it would void your warranty, you would have to know which one can fit your motherboard, and you would have to take everything apart and know how to put it back again a"

In league, check your video settings: make sure you have vertical sync disabled.
What are your computer specs? Laptop or desktop?"

"30 fps is the max that the stream captures, I am streaming at 24.
You have to pretty good computer, but my issue is my internet -- that is why I am not streaming in 1080 :C My comp can 100% handle it though.
If I start getting enough followers I might look into upgrading my internets."
