I can't say I am a big fan of the spell vamp quints, I don't feel like they add enough vamp to be too noticeable. That being said there is nothing wrong with them, I just don't prefer them. Cho has plenty of built in sustain so if not defensive quints I would probably go for flat AP. Ru"
