Masteries spec'd incorrectly.
It looks fine to me
Runes are iffy, no hybrid pen marks and ap/lvl glyphs. I'd also strongly suggest mpen quints.

Greater Glyph of Ability Power is probably better because of the scalings of Zyra and they are more common on starting people. Probably just a personal preference.
