I'm hoping for a buff next patch - and I've seriously been considering moving him up to tier 3, he's boarderline between the two - in my opinion, righ"

It's worth noting that a Trundle with a similar rune set up to you can easily clear the jungle without losing any health from 1-6 with just a Vampiric Sceptre, if you start at double golems.
