Flat mr is definitely not an unusual choice.
Armor seals are a necessity, especially vs ad casters or high damage junglers. They help with taking wraiths and absorbing minion aggro/ aa harass as well.
AD quints & marks are a no-no. Not knowing how to last hit is no excu"

Also, at the chapter explaining runes, you have the coding for the tier two lifesteal quints & attack damage quints. It should be greater quintessence of attack damage and greater quintessence of lifesteal.
