I have put a notice that I am putting in a new build as soon as I am able to update my guide again.
My new build will have more survival as you have said would be helpful.

"I'll tell you now Manamune is not a good item to get for Gangplank because it will scale terribly into late-game, and it would've just been a waste to buy it. If you're having early mana problems, I have Sheen as my first item, which already gives an early mana boost."
