"I'll tell you now Manamune is not a good item to get for Gangplank because it will scale terribly into late-game, and it would've just been a waste to buy it. If you're having early mana problems, I have Sheen as my first item, which already gives an early mana boost."

I need some thoughts on this..
I'm considering remaking my Gangplank guide (add more info, improved build), just so I can get up to or ahead of the person that is corrupting people's minds with his build, not to mention his lack...
