"I'm not going to hate on the idea of solo top Leona, because having a form of lane sustain isn't the only strategy for winning the lane. You can also factor natural tankiness, gank potential, poke, deny. All these things make up the different champions in-lane. :)"

"^ Most of that sounds the same as Shen, except for:
- Low mobility and no escape spell, thus easy target for ganks.
And Shen has a global ult, other than that.. yea. He is just a pain in the lane imo for enemies that don't have their own sustain or can't kill him."
