it might seem weird cause of the stuido (SHAFT) they are known for their bizarre animation style (not characters, but backgrounds and cuts e.g. Bakemonogatari and Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magika).

You should also consider to max W second, even after the nerf or rather because of the nerf the cdr is really needed.
