"Ive been playing Vlad like a mad man. He is still just as good imo. Just run 2 hextechs, rabbons, rylias and its gg. Well for the most of the part, might need some Armor, or MR at sometime.
Vlad with 3 revolvers is just OP, especially if you get a Mejas and get it maxed, then cap it off with a Ra"

"The charges sound alot like the Soulstealer from HoN. His ultimate was to unleash all his charges, the more you had the more damage.
It is pretty sick, epic flash ults are awesome, at least with SoulStealer from HoN. "

"pretty much like the chipper from hon. instead of the danger zone, his aoe oil applies a gas like effect that causes his rockets to do bonus dmg. so pretty much the same thing.
