Pretty much like The Chipper from HoN. Instead of the danger zone, his aoe oil applies a gas like effect that causes his rockets to do bonus dmg. so pretty much the same thing.
Very fun champion to play :)
edit: The laser you see him shoot some times is actually an item you can buy called the Codex. Its just a nuke that can be ugraded. Any1 can get it.

The battleroom is ready. Liqur's hands are steady. The enemy is deadly.
HoN looks rather dark and dreary.
Too much reality for a game imo.
I think Rumble will benefit more from the colourful clear-cut scenery of Summoner's Rift. :3
His skills will probably be way more exciting too.

I saw it on the LoL website first and they must've fixed the typo already. You should probably do so too.

He sounds like a Tanky DPS Mage....
Might add him to my collection of Tanky DPS.
He doesn't use mana though. So his abilities must have very easily sustained stats.
He's definitely not an AD champion either, and a stackable Harpoon slow sounds pretty effective for CC.
More like a tank. :P
