"Why would we want AP/lvl? It really doesn't make a big difference mid-late game. However, using a flat gives nice damage early. Isn't early game domination what we aim for? Or am I trying to force my meta upon everyone else?"

"Well, my current Rune page for a mage is Magic Pen Marks, Mana per 5, flat AP Glyphs and Flat AP quints. I'm just wondering if going flat AP or Magic pen is more deadly."
