If I understand this right. You can have a 100% chace TO crit, but there is a cap to the crit DAMAGE you can do right?

Old summoner spell
Promote. Was working on one of my builds and noticed that this was one of the choices. Not a big deal, just letting ya know. It was an old spell that beefed up minions, what made it good you ask?...
