What's a good CS score at..Humm.. Let's say at 15 Mins of the game?

"In my opinion,Riven is pretty much easy because she is flawless, or has few drawbacks, or non-fatal drawbacks, just like Katarina. Of course you can't always win the lane, but be sure if you can never lose it if played just a bit decently right.
