Personally i prefer 9 21 0, he has great synergy with the defensive tree and the movementspeed also helps alot+the cd reduction from it, so not even worth discussing about utility tree.
The utility tree got kinda useless with the rework and is mostly only good "

I have no clue about this so i just ask u guys, beginning of the next month i wanna buy myself a Laptop, it doesnt need to be able to run Total War Games on the best graphic setting or anything, so...
