Being melee, and usually not a good escapist, Guardian Angel just allows the enemy the satisfaction of killing you twice every five minutes, as it's easy for them to camp in front of your body till you revive, as opposed to a ranged character. Any self-respecting off-tank Riven would get valor sooner than last, as it's armor bonus is considerable, especially when paired with some good damage items. Broken Wings should be your last priority as an off-tank, wit"

Having all three broken wings hit is a lot of damage when maxed, and when stacked with the AD output of this build, it can be crushin"
