Posted a Comment: Jun 15th, 2011 "After long brake I watched again my gameplays, and pls dont play like this. Its very low, focus on minions, not on enemies, and try to save your mana a bit more. If U got more than 400 wins/1350 elo, dont take clarity on Karthus, U must lh creeps to gain mana and it should be enough."

Yes spell vamp can be good on Karthus, but there are just better items which U can get, and if U are playing with for example good soraka or morgana in team, she will get will of the ancients for U as fast as its possible. Other item with spellvamp - hextech"

I think that Karthus can be very weak champion now, so if U dont know what is better: Malzahar, Kassadin, Vladimir, Brand or Karthus - they are now better. So if you have Soraka, Kassadin, Malzahar, Janna in enemy team, dont eve"
