No, Q's command radius is somewhere around 900. If the ball is 1124 units away, you can only command it (with Q, at least) to 900 units around Orianna.

"I only play him solo top or mid since 1v1 laning with him is so devastating given the hit and run nature of his laning phase. He's kind of like Lee Sin in that sense though."
