Nerf to cow was needed, but why nerf his already pitiful heal?
GP nerf barely touches him, but should tone him down just a bit.
Jarvan nerf definitely needed, funny enough, he may still be too strong, imo build triforce jarv with an atmogs or something similar and it's like nothing "
