"AP/level Glyphs are much better, they beat Flat AP at level 6(when mages get ultimates and on normal lanes that's when the killing starts) and from that point on they are just better. Also AP Seals are kind of shit."

Marks: Magic Penetration(obvious), Flat Armor(if you want to go defensive against AD champ on mid)
Seals: Mana Regen/5(for more skill spamming), health/level(if you want to keep safe)
Glyphs: CDR(if you need lower cooldowns), Flat AP(for pre-6 power), AP/l"
