10.9 NewJack's Gun-Fu Build [DIAMOND] Patch 10.9

Hey Team,

I recently used this build to climb through Diamond (OCE) abusing the recent buffs changes to lower threshold synergies like Brawler and Vanguard as well as the changes to Chrono. Essentially this build takes full advantage of these buffs and even hits perfect synergy while climbing at level 6.

TL;DR Lucian go fast shoot bad guy pew pew

The core of the comp focuses on Lucian as the hyper carry. With the nerf to 6 Cyber, there is lower demand for Lucian in general, as well as the main blaster comps floating around using jinx as their hyper carry (Blaster/Brawler, Rebel/Blaster) and requiring level 8, we are much much more likely to be able to find our lucian 3 slow rolling at level 6.

CORE ITEMS:
The only core necessary item on this build is Last Whisper. With the buff to 2 Vanguard from 60 to 120 armour, this helps carry us early to mid as the popularity of this opener grows, especially now with the hypercarry candyland Poppy surfacing as a somewhat meta comp. With the 2 Blaster buff we spread the armour reduction around more than enough as going 4 blaster only adds an additional 2 targets.

ITEMS:
Lucian: As i said, last whisper is the core of this build. Because of this, infinity edge works extra well on our Lucian as the increased crit chance and lower armor leads to BIG CRITS spread across their whole team, even occasionally oneshotting random enemy backline units. For the third item, any defensive item will work, but i have preference for Quicksilver or Guardian angel.
Other items options include red buff, Deathblade (Trust me it slaps) Guinsoos or Blademaster spatula (Which opens up a range of opportunities with Irelia and Shen tech)

Leona:
As our main early to midgame tank, standard defensive items do well but bramble is the best. We always put at least one item here for Cybernetic.

Vi:
Again, this is really up to you, any items that fit vi well can be slapped on to give that sweet Cybernetic buff. I've listed Ionic Spork as the MR reduction works well with her abilities.

Ezreal:
Ezreals items are really here if you get stuck with extra blaster or mana items from carousel. One thing i typically do is, if my Lucian is already fully stacked and i need a red buff to reduce healing or deal with brawlers, ill give it to him as with 4 chrono and blaster he still contributes a lot of attacks to the party.
