Faerie received a lot of buffs with Patch 14.18. The patch structure was changed to 3/5/7 and you receive a second Crown with 7 Farie.
You want to open with 5 Faerie and use Tristana as an item dump for Kalista, while Lillia acts as your main tank. Run Shen/Akali/Hecarim for Bastion/Pyro/Warrior as additional filler units. You want to rush for Level 8 in early Stage 4 and find Kalista/Rakan for 5 Faerie with 3 Multistriker + Preservers. Once you're stabilized you can push towards Level 9 and look for either 9 Faerie or cap out board with Legendaries like Millio/Morgana/Camille.

If you're having a bad game you can stay Level 8 to roll Katarina*3 and combat charms to secure better placement. Otherwise you can push for Level 9 to look for Milio/Morgana to cap out your board and if possible set yourself up for 9 Faerie as your win condition.
