About This Team Comp

Brawlers work great in numbers and make fantastic use out of Augments like Big Friend of Electrocharge. Usually you roll in Stage 3-2 for 4 or 6 Brawlers and if possible Jax*2 and continue to push for Level 7 in Stage 4-1. You can decide to roll for Jax*3 or push further towards Level 8, where you usually aim for 8 Brawlers in the end.

With Brawlers an unsuspecting carry is Soraka, who has great Admin combinations and makes perfect use of the Brawler Emblem. Try to slam most of your items and abuse your powerspikes instead of waiting for your perfect items, this comp is all about protecting your HP!

With early Hero Augment, you usually take "Boxing Lessons" from Vi or "Invigorate" from Lee Sin. It helps a lot to find an early Jax so you can give him items right away and place 4 Brawlers on your board for a strong early game. Stage 3

If Stage 3 Hero Augments show up you are looking for the Jax Augment "Relentless Assault" or "Evasion", but can also take "Boxing Lessons" from Vi (or Invigorate from Lee Sin). Usually you do a larger roll down in Stage 3-2 to find 6 Brawler with Jax*2. Once you are stable you want to recover your economy back to 50 gold.

Stage 4

You want to be Level 7 in Stage 4-1. You can roll a bit again to stabilize if needed. For the most part you want to stay above 50 gold and roll your interest for Jax*3 and the remaining upgrades. There is a good chance that Jax might be too contested in your Lobby, in this case you should push towards Level 8 and 9 instead and ignore Jax*3.You can pick up Admin trait as well, every global team buff is very strong, especially receiving permanent HP every 5 seconds, since it scales with the Brawler trait.

Stage 5+

If you are slow rolling for Jax*3 and haven't found him yet, you can roll your remaining gold to try to force him. Push for Level 8 after and aim for 8 Brawlers. Soraka works especially well with Brawler Emblem.Â

Jax Item Builds

Jax works with a lot of different item builds, it's quite common to ignore best in slot and just him as a power spike to protect your HP. Sustain is not always needed, especially if you have 8 Brawler, or a healing Augment like Second Wind / Thrill of the Hunt.
