Bronze to Platinum Vanguard/Mystic Build is a TFT team comp created and maintained by Commados. This team comp is updated to patch 10.13 and is a potential way for you to build your team in Teamfight Tactics.
Build a Team Comp

Vanguard/mystic build

Don't get any champs to level 3, just aim for level 2 champions. Use the reverse triangle formation to avoid Blitz/Infiltrators. Jayce is your main damage dealer until Cassiopeia is level 2 and has Morellonomicon. Keep Thresh alive as he will lantern in more Vanguards to battle, overwhelming your opponent.
