You could swap Warwick for Urgot (not ideal, but possible, you lose Challenger but Chemtech still up), or Tahm Kench for Jinx, you will lose 6 Bruisers and Glutton, but you'll have Sisters and Scrap. If you swap Warwick for Urgot, AND Tahm for Jinx, you'll also have Twinshot.
You could also swap Quinn for Gangplank, AND Tahm for Jinx, you'll have Sister, Twinshot and Scrap, losing Challenger, Glutton and 6 Bruisers.
