This comp requires the Augment "Built Different", where you want to avoid activating traits and collect powerful units to make use of the HP/AS Buff from the Augment. In the early game you should focus on playing strong units like Jhin, Warwick, Akshan or Kalista and give them your items until you find Aphelios/Zeri/Kaisa.
If possible you want to win streak and push aggressive for levels, since every unit you place will benefit from Built Different. You should roll with Level 7 in early Stage 4 to stabilize your setup and push for Level 8 in Stage 4-5 or 5-1. You can stay Level 8 for the rest of the game and upgrade your board. It's your decision if you want to play Aphelios or Zeri as your main carry, it's even possible to play both of them on the same board as they don't share any traits.
It's often easier to run your units twice, especially Frontline units like Jarvan, to avoid activating traits. Your end goal is usually to 3 star any of your Tier 4 units, so it's often better to play an upgraded unit twice on your board instead of wasting the unit on your bench.
