This comp mainly utilizes the attack speed bonus from ranged and the stun from glacial. It's important that you rush as many ranged champions as quickly as possible, mainly focusing on Ezreal and Vayne.
early game
Leona, Vayne, and Varus are all relatively easy to acquire and you'll likely have all three to 3 star by late game.Â

The introduction of Braum and Ezreal will boost your winning power by adding a stun to the mix as well as increasing durability of your wardens. If you can get a hold of a spatula and a belt then it should be put on Vayne, her ability + Frozen Mallet + Runaan's is a powerful combo.
