Can use Khazix or Brand/Syndra as item dump for Karma. Rush for Level 8 and stabilize with 6 Dawnbringer in mid game. Unless you have 1 or 2 Dawnbringer Emblems, you should cut down to 4 Dawnbringer in late game and replace them for more powerful units instead.
Once you're stabilized push towards Level 9 and add Garen/Teemo to cap out your board. Can item transfer from Karma to Teemo in late game. Dawnbringer Emblems usually go on Ivern/Volibear to help them get another cast out.
