Azir is less prefered. In early game if you find alot of Poppy and Kayle you can play with Kayle and level up to 9, add 3 Demacia for a free tank item, 3 yordles for 4 stars Poppy. Your carry will hold 2 Guisoo's Rageblade with 1 attack item, in some case you can use Bloodthirst for Zeri and Gunblade for Azir for sustain
