About This Team Comp

Flickerblade Zeri is a composition that caps incredibly high for a cheap level 8 board, and doesn't require much to get going. If you see a Flickerblade, it's almost always an auto-click. The composition is significantly worse without Flickerblade, and without the artifact it's recommended that you play Zeri/Miss Fortune instead, if you're planning on using Zeri as your primary carry. This composition can be played both from ahead or behind.

The only major mistake players make is over-valuing level 9. You can sit on 8 for a large portion of the game, since level 9 is not very impactful in this composition. Often, you can even hold extra Draven's and Galios, and 3 star them on level 8 if you can itemize them properly.

To cap out the board, you can go for 3 stars (Galio/Draven), or Renekton 2* with Viego or Zac on 9.

This composition is only playable with the Flickerblade artifact. Zeri's itemization with and without a good Exotech item is depicted below. Pulse stabilizer > Flux capacitor = Gunblade. If you don't have healing from your augment though, Gunblade > Flux capacitor.

Early Game (Stages 1-3) - Win Streak

During the early game, you can play from ahead or behind, just make sure you have enough money to comfortably roll on 4-2 to find your Zeri and Sejuani 2*. If uncontested with a lot of HP, you can even roll on 4-5 instead. Don't shy away from Cypher, as this composition with Cypher can cap out very high.When playing from ahead, Kog'maw will be your best item holder. Heavily prioritize Kraken's Fury and Hextech Gunblade. BIS on Zeri is crucial. Everything else is flex.

During the midgame, keep playing your strongest board or continue your Cypher lose streak. If Cypher, you will often trade your intel on 3-7. Below is an example win streak board you may find yourself playing during stage 3.

Roll for Zeri 2* and Sejuani 2* on level 8. Galio 2* can be your main tank if you cannot find Sejuani 2* fast. Zeri 1 > Draven 2* with flicker blade. You should have true BIS at this point. Pulse Stabilizer is better than Flux Capacitor for your Exotech item on Zeri, but she doesn't need an Exotech item either to succeed.Without a good Exotech item, Gunblade, Flickerblade, and Kraken will be your ideal itemization. To cap out your board, either roll on 8 for 3* 3 costs (Galio/Draven), or go 9 to play Legendaries (Renekton/Viego, sometimes Zac).
