About This Team Comp
In early game you want to run 5 Frost with Rumble. Rush for Level 8 if you have a Frost Emblem so you can run 7 Frost without Diana to stabilize your mid game. Can either stay level 8 to secure placement with Hwei*3 and combat charms or push for Level 9 to add Diana and more Pyro.
Push for Level 9 once you finished all of your upgrades or if you have a second Emblem so you can play for 9 Frost win condition.

Recommended Augments
Stage 2/3
Most common opener is 5 Frost, preferably with an early Emblem or Spatula. Push Level 6 in Stage 3-2, roll a bit for upgrades to stabilize and prepare for a Level 8 rush.
Stage 4
Push Level 8 in early Stage 4. Roll for Varus/Nasus and run a mix of Pyro and Frost. If you have Frost Emblem aim for 7 Frost in mid game.
Stage 5+
If you don't have any Emblems you can try to play for Top 4 by staying Level 8 and rolling for Hwei/Swain 3 Star + Combat Charm every round. With two Emblems you should push for Level 9 and play around 9 Frost. Can roll for Swain*3 or move items to Nasus later.
Emblems
Frost Emblems go on Nasus/Varus as they give bonus AP/AD. Pyro Emblem goes on Olaf for more attack speed.
Other Items
Hwei is quite flexible with items, he is usually running one mana item with one attack speed item.
