About This Team Comp

Due to Hacker nerfs in 13.8 it has become much more difficult to force Leblanc carry. You should only go for it if you have a strong setup for and aren't contested. Your overall goal is to push for Level 7 in Stage 4-1 and slow roll for Leblanc*3 with 4 Admin and 3 Hacker. Once you have her upgraded you can push for Level 8 and add more Frontline like Garen or Spellslinger with Sona/Janna.

You need at least one Edge of Night or Zhonya's Paradox on Leblanc to reset aggro in the backline. Tank items can go on Blitzcrank/Shen/Garen depending on your Augments and Upgrades.

Good Admin programs to aim for are AP on Kill / Admin AP Combat Start / Team Mana Combat Start, but you are not limited to those. Tank items can go on Blitzcrank/Shen/Garen depending on your Augments and Upgrades.

Stage 2

Doesn't require a specific opener, though pick up all of your core units on the way. Can use any AP units as item dump until you find Leblanc. With a weak opener your goal is to lose streak and go for a large roll later in Stage 3-2.

Stage 3

Should be Level 6 in Stage 3-2 and roll down for your core units. Since this comp is very contested it can be quite difficult to find Leblanc*3, so finding an early Leblanc*2 is usually enough to stabilize and start pushing levels afterwards. Focus on AA/JG + Edge of Night and connect Hackerim to Leblanc.

Stage 4

Should be Level 7 in Stage 4-1. In the unlikely scenario that are pretty much uncontested you can stay with Level 7 and slow roll for Leblanc*3, but it's usually better to use power spike of Leblanc*2 to rush for Level 8 and aim for Leblanc*3 later.

Stage 5+

Should be Level 8 in early Stage 5 and add Garen for Defender and more CC. Build up economy to either roll down for Leblanc once other Leblanc players are taken out or use the gold to push for Level 9 instead and add Tier 5 units like Janna/Fiddle/Urgot to secure higher placement. Leftover AD items can go on Warwick.

Item Builds

Leblanc heavily prefers having Archangel in combination with Edge of Night or Zhonya's Paradox. Last item is usually another damage item like Jeweled Gauntelt or Rabadon. You can also run her with Blue Buff for an early cast, but this can cause damage problems later into the game if you struggle to find Leblanc*3. Tank items usually go in Blitzcrank. Pyke likes to to take Chalice inbetween Leblanc and Sona and leftover AD items go on Warwick.
