About This Team Comp

Jazz Reroll is still going strong, even after the nerfs it received. You want to run Bard*3 and/or Miss Fortune*3 as your main carry in a Superfan/KDA Setup to maximize your traits. Bard Carry is very dependent on his Headliner effect and you need to find him early to maximize his stacking mechanic.

This comp does very well in the Multi-Talented Portal since it guarantees that your first Bard/Miss Fortune always has +1 to the Jazz Trait. If you find the Augment "Thats Jazz, Baby!", then you can always take it and commit on this comp, as the Augment is still quite strong.

Your overall win condition is to find your Jazz Headliner as 3 Star and run as many traits as possible to maximize the Jazz Trait. Afterwards you can push towards Level 9 and cap out your board with Ziggs/Lucian/Illaoi in the end. It's not recommended to aim for Neeko*3 or Ekko*3 as they are often too contested to find them. Instead of Lucian you can also run Illaoi and put her Tentacles into each corner to counter enemy Akali / Karthus Setup.

Doesn't require a specific Opener, but having Superfan with something like Corki Chosen can help get you through Stage 2 before looking for Miss Fortune

Stage 3

Push for Level 6 in Stage 3-2, sell your Headliner and look for a new one, preferably Jazz Miss Fortune or Bard. Either run Bard + Filler or Miss Fortune with Big shot and slow roll your gold for Miss Fortune 3 Star. Miss Fortune Headliner will receive a free Deathblade from Superfans.

Stage 4

Should be Level 7 around Stage 4-2. In a good game you can finish your Miss Fortune*3 somewhere in Stage 4 and continue to push towards Level 8/9. You can try to roll for Ekko*3 and/or Neeko*3, but they are usually so contested that it's impossible to hit them.

Stage 5+

Once you have either Miss Fortune or Bard as 3 Star you can push towards Level 9. Add Ziggs for Hyperpop/Dazzler and Lucian if you don't have Jazz Emblem. Illaoi is good filler unit for corner Tentacles to deal with enemy Akali / Karthus Setup.

Emblems

Jazz Emblem is very useful, since it allows you to reach 4 Jazz in combination with your Headliner before finding Lucian. Kennen usually takes the Emblem to proc his Bling Bonus from True Damage, since Jazz is a team wide effect it doesn't matter who has the Emblem in the end.

Alternative Item Builds

Miss Fortune Headliner receives a free Deathblade from Superfan, so this will usually end up as one of her core items. You can either run her with Shojin for some mana regeneration or straight up focus on damage instead. She is surprisingly flexible with her item choices.
