Multicast Teemo Patch 13.15

Thanks to buffs to Swain, Teemo and Galio in Patch 13.15, Teemo Carry is returning to the meta. The main concept of this comp is to push for Level 6 in Stage 3-2 and roll for Teemo*3 and two additional units. This can be either Poppy, Kled, Taliyah, Galio or Swain. With three 3 Star units Teemo will transform into a 4 Star unit thanks to the Yordle trait and his ability becomes a lot more deadly.

Swain is currently a bit hard to hit due to his popularity in Noxus and Sorcerer comps, so you will end up with Galio as your main tank instead. If you can't Galio, you can also replace him for Jarvan*2 later in the game to add more CC.

Teemo should also have one mana items, your best items is Manazane from Ornn, followed by Blue Buff. You should give him Jeweled Gauntlet for more damage and either a sustain item like Gunblade or Hand of Justice or another damage item like Giant Slayer. You will also need at least one Ionic Spark in the frontline or one Statikk Shiv in the backline.

Once you have Teemo*3 and two additional 3 Star units you can push towards Level 7 and 8 to add 4 Multicaster. In late game you can also replace Kled or Poppy for Heimerdinger as an additional power spike.
