Noxus Slayers Patch 13.17

Noxus remains a powerful trait in Set 9.5 that has a lot different variations you can aim for. Mordekaiser is a very powerful carry with the correct items. You can run 7 Noxus if you find a Noxus Emblem, otherwise you are often better staying at 5 Noxus and add stronger traits like Slayer or Juggernauts.

You want to open with 3 Noxus with upgraded units and aim for a win streak so you can collect Noxus stacks. Samira or Cassio both work surprisingly well with Mordekaiser items, so you can give them your items and transfer them later.

This comp can stay at Level 7 and roll for Katarina*3 and Darius*3, but it's a valid alternative to use your power spike to rush for Level 8 to include 4 Slayer, look for Aatrox and roll for your 3 star units later as an additional win condition. Keep an open mind when playing this comp, you can add more Slayers or even include Shurima with Nasus/Azir. You have a lot of different win conditions you can aim for. Thanks to recent buffs it's worth to persue 9 Noxus as a win condition in late game, but only if you can achieve it without taking too many risks.
