Noxus Tier 1 Reroll Patch 13.15

With Patch 13.15 Samira, Cassio and Swain all received noticeable quality of life buffs. Especially due to faster Animations, Samira has currently become a power house that can carry you through the entire early and mid game.

In the early game you want to maximize your economy while picking up Samira, Cassio and Swain on the way. In Stage 3-1 you want to roll down to at least 30 gold and potentially go deeper if you are confident you can upgrade a unit to 3 Star. Recover your economy back to 50 gold and slow roll your interest for the remaining 3 Star units.

Once you have Samira*3 you can push for Level 6 and add 6 Noxus, which should help you stabilize in the mid game. From here you can push towards Level 7 for Warwick and continue to push for Level 8 to add Legendary units like Heimerdinger and Sion. You can also run other filler units like Ekko, Ryze, Jarvan or K'Sante depending on what you were able to find.

An alternative strategy runs Caitlyn for "Stars Are Born" Augment and Pre-Level in Stage 1-4. You use the Augment for early Swain*2 and Samira*2 and use this power spike to rush towards Level 8/9 with Noxus win streak.

Your item priority is Blue Buff on Samira and Tank items on Swain. Outside of Blue Samira is good with damage items like Giant Slayer or Deathblade, but can also use sustain items like Gunblade or Hand of Justice. Cassio prefers Blue Buff, Jeweled Gauntlet and Giant Slaye. Sunfire on Swain will also help Cassio to deal bonus damage on new targets. If you don't find a lot of Cassio's you can also run Katarina*3 or Darius*3 as a potential carry later in the game.
