About This Team Comp
This comp is surprisingly flexible due to making use of many Emblems like Ox Force, Spellslinger and even Star Guardian. You can change up your comp and go deeper into each trait depending on what you ended up hitting. In late game you can cap out your board by replacing Sona for Janna and adding Syndra/Fiddlesticks or Urgot.

Stage 2
Usually opens with Lux as your main AP item dump and 3 Gadgeteens to provide strong early game. Can play Fiora instead of Rell. Sona/Kaisa are good replacements for Lux if you happen to find one of them in the early game.
Stage 3
You can either continue with your Gadgeteen Setup or roll a bit in Stage 3-2 with Level 6 to field 4 Spellslingers with Ox Force and Star Guardian. Tank items go on Annie or early Fiora*2. You can try to collect Annie to field Annie*3 as main tank instead of Ekko.
Stage 4
Push for Level 7 in Stage 4-1. Try to run 4 Ox Force with 4 Spellslingers if possible. With Ox Force Emblem you can prioritize Ekko over Viego.
Stage 5+Â
Best case scenario is to end up with 2 Ox Force Emblems for 6 Ox Force so your frontline remains stable. Otherwise you can run value units like Syndra, Fiddlesticks or Leona. Sona gets replaced by Janna and you want to run Syndra to throw in more Ox Force units. With Spellslinger Emblem can also run 6 Spellslingers.
Item Builds
Twisted likes Statikk Shiv in combination with Guardbreaker. Giant Slayer is also popular since he can focus down tanks. Neeko is more AoE focused and prefers AP/Mana items. Tank items usually go on Annie, until you find Ekko*2. Spellslinger Emblem is usually on Ekko, Syndra or Viego. Ox Force Emblem is either on Ekko/Twisted/Leona in the end.
